    Miles started with All-Pro in January 2021 as a Salesman while completing Engineering school. In May 2021 he became our Mechanical Engineer upon graduation from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and assisted in more Commercial Projects. In January 2022 he became All-Pro’s General Manager. Miles previously served 8 years in the United States Marine Corps and is excited to continue his growth with the All-Pro team.

    Cale got interested in the field of HVAC in the fall of 2020. He went to school at Midwest Technical Institute in Springfield to pursue HVAC/R and got his EPA Certification. He started at All-Pro the beginning of 2022.

    Landon joined the All-Pro team his senior year through a Co-Op program offered at his High School. After graduating in 2022 he was hired on as a helper. He assists technicians in completing service and installation projects, while attending Parkland College and taking courses in HVAC and Basic Electricity.

    Logan graduated from SIUC with a degree in Mechanical Engineering specializing in energy. He joined the All-Pro team in 2022. He takes care of Residential Estimates for any HVAC needs and assists in Commercial projects when needed.

    Luis joined the All-Pro team in November of 2020. He has 15 years experience in construction and carpentry. He has taken classes at Parkland College for ductwork and joined the Local 149 in January of 2021 as a Plumbing and HVAC Apprentice.

    Ryan started working in the HVAC field in 2021, and joined All-Pro in August of 2022. He mainly works on the install team but will do the occasional service call when needed. He is also a Navy Reservist and really appreciates All-Pro’s willingness and ability to have the time off to fulfill that contract. Ryan says he has learned a lot since joining the All-Pro team and hopes to continue learning more and progressing in the field.

    Garrett joined All-Pro in January 2023. After years of factory work he decided to go back to school at the age of 42 and received a degree from Lakeland College. He feels HVAC is his true calling, and he loves the fact that everyday is a different challenge. The customers are his utmost importance and number one priority. He has been doing HVAC for 5 years and loves what he does.
